Refund policy
At Recouched, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your furniture, please read our return policy below.
1. Furniture Purchases

Gently Used Furniture: All sales of gently used furniture are final. These items are inspected and cleaned before sale, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

New Furniture: New furniture can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Returns for new furniture are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your furniture is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We will arrange for an inspection and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the condition of the item.
3. Cancellations

Furniture Removal Service: If you need to cancel your scheduled pick-up, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Furniture Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless it’s within the 7-day window for new furniture. After that, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via email or phone with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping: If applicable, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is processed and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
