Condition: New open box, priced accordingly for a few minor issues. The countertop is not cracked and is in good condition. There is a small paint blemish/separation on the cabinet near the area marked with red tape, as shown in the photos. The drawers do open and close but need some adjustment/alignment for smoother operation. Otherwise a very nice vanity with an intact Carrara marble top.
