BASE ONLY — this listing is for the vanity cabinet base pictured. No countertop, no sink, no faucet included.
New open-box 30″ single-sink vanity base in a light gray finish with fluted drawer fronts — two drawers with plumbing cutouts, furniture-style legs. Per the included paperwork it is model FIONA3025110. No damages or defects on the base — add your own top and sink and you have a full vanity for a fraction of the complete-set price.
Same-day and next-day delivery available throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin for an additional fee — message us for a quote.

Both hardware finishes are included — the hardware shown attached, plus a gold hardware set as an option — and the instruction manual is included. Base only: no top and no sink (the original top arrived broken, which is why this is priced as a base).
