New open-box sofa by Hughes Furniture (HFI, made in North Carolina) — style 8725S in Sandstone Oyster, a warm beige woven fabric, with the two patterned accent pillows included. Traditional roll arms, button-tufted back, wood base trim. Still has its tags; the legs are still wrapped and attach in minutes.
One flaw, priced in: there is a small rip about 4″ long on the lower left side at the bottom of the sofa. It sits low and cannot be seen when you are looking at the sofa in place. Everything else is new condition — see the photos and the video on this page.
Same-day and next-day delivery available throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin for an additional fee — message us for a quote.

The fabric is a houndstooth-style weave in beige, gray and cream. Both matching throw pillows are reversible. All four legs are still sealed and never opened.
