New open box — selling as the BASE ONLY.
This is the solid-wood cabinet base from a 36-inch single-sink vanity (the complete set retails for $1,199 at Wayfair). The base itself is brand new and flawless — never installed, and the drawers still have their factory plastic protectors on.
Why base only? The engineered-marble top took shipping damage — a missing corner, cracks across the top, and a crack in the sink bowl, all shown in the photos and in the narrated walkaround video on this page. So the price is for the cabinet alone: drop on a new 37″ × 22″ top of your choice and you have a brand-new vanity for a fraction of retail. The cracked top is still sitting on the base — take it for measurements or a repair attempt if you want it, no charge.
Layout: one wide drawer front over two shaker doors on the left, four drawers down the right side, brushed nickel bar pulls throughout, freestanding on square legs.
Dimensions: 37″W × 22″D × 33¾″H overall — the base takes any standard 37″ × 22″ vanity top.
Condition: New open box — base only. Base is undamaged and never installed; countertop and sink are cracked and not part of the price.
