New open box. Deer Valley Heritage 36-inch single-sink vanity in white — solid wood frame, engineered marble top with matching backsplash, soft-close doors and drawers, a tilt-out tray over the cabinet, and brushed nickel hardware.
One honest note: the ceramic undermount sink arrived cracked (see the last photo and the video). The base, countertop, and backsplash are all brand new and perfect — it just needs a new standard undermount basin dropped in. The top is pre-drilled for an 8-inch widespread faucet; faucet and drain are not included.
Dimensions: 36″W × 22″D × 33⅞″H (37⅞″ to the top of the backsplash). Fully assembled — no flat-pack.
Retails for $749 at Home Depot — ours is $325 because of the sink.
Condition: New open box (sink basin cracked — replacement needed).
Local delivery available throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin for an additional fee. Pickup available by appointment.
