USED — GOOD CONDITION. This is a pre-owned set, priced like one. It is NOT new and NOT open box.
Thomasville Tisdale 6-piece modular sectional in dark gray — the Costco favorite. This set came to us pre-owned and has been inspected piece by piece: frames solid, cushions supportive, fabric in good shape with the normal light wear you'd expect from a used sofa. Everything works the way it should.
WHY $500: it's used. Our new/open-box Tisdales list at $1,025 — same sofa, half the money, because the first owner paid the depreciation.
INCLUDES — 6 PIECES: 3 armless chairs, 2 corner chairs, and 1 storage ottoman. Arrange it as an L, a U, or a full movie-night pit.
SPECS (from Costco):
- Overall in the full layout: 142.5"W x 71.2"D x 36.7"H — modular, so footprint depends on your configuration
- Pocket-coil seat cushions, sinuous spring suspension
- Removable zippered back cushions
- Storage ottoman — blankets, remotes, game controllers
- Solid wood legs
- Costco sells this set for $1,799.99
